At the beginning the name was appropriate because the company, which was founded in 1995, concentrated its business to the sale of hotel and restaurant equipment and accessories in the Caribbean.
In early 2000, with the closing of a very important Canadian distributor, Mr. Luc Beaudoin, President of Félisol, saw an excellent opportunity for his firm to start developing a local market. Therefore he immediately hired experienced sales representatives, temporarily moved to a bigger locationand assigned a designer to elaborate a plan for the building of a vast, modern and friendly showroom thus creating the most beautiful culinary art boutique on the South Shore.
Five years later, with approximately 10,000 products in inventory and a constantly growing clientele, the location became too small and this is why we had decided to build a new 40,000 square foot building which includes a showroom three times the size of the previous one as well as a 20,000 square foot warehouse equipped with the latest technology, modern offices and a separate kitchen area where cooking courses are offered and where valuable tips on how to make your reception a success are presented.
