Our Team

Our sales team consists of many enthusiasts from different backgrounds related to our industry, cooks, buyers, dealers, restaurateurs, hotel managers, pastry chefs and manufacturer representatives. Our sales reps have over 150 years of combined experience.

Here is our sales team:

Luc Beaudoin, Owner: Found himself in the industry at a young age since his father is a Chef and gives courses at the ITHQ. Luc was a sales rep and sales manager for Cassidy for many years before founding Félisol in 1995.

Jean Côté, General Manager: Mikes Restaurants Supervisor, Jean then went to work in Quebec City as co-founder of La Pointe des Amérique, while in Quebec; Jean continued to thrive in the industry with Cassidy before working as a distributor for Scotsman ice machines for 8 years. He joined us at Félisol in 2008.
